Uploaded bank-transfer screenshots are reviewed within 24 hours on working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by a short phone call from our team — usually the same day, always within 24 hours.

Most orders reach you in 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Some addresses can take up to 3–5 working days, depending on your area and the courier's serviceability.

Free across Pakistan on orders over Rs. 3,000. A small flat rate applies below that, shown on your cart.

4.50 metres of cutting fabric per piece — generous yardage so your tailor has room to work. Two-piece and three-piece sets include matching trouser fabric and dupatta where applicable.

Unstitched. Every piece ships in original packaging, ready for the tailor you trust.

Yes. Every yard is sourced from family-run weavers, hand-checked for slubs and snags at our Lahore atelier, and wrapped before it leaves the studio. If something arrives with a weaving fault we missed, message us with a photo and we'll replace the piece or refund you — no friction.

Select pieces from Maria B, Sapphire, Bin Faisal, Junaid Jamshed, Pasha, Deewan, Grace, and other Pakistani houses. Each piece is authenticated before it leaves our atelier.

Yes — 7-day return and exchange policy on unstitched fabric, as long as the piece is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that have been cut, washed, or altered are final sale.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we inspect the piece and issue your refund within 3 working days. Bank-transfer orders are refunded to the same account; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer (we'll ask for your IBAN).

WhatsApp us on +92 313 1407828 with your order number and a short note. We'll send a courier to collect the piece — you don't need to drop it off anywhere.

Dry-clean recommended for the first wash. Gentle cold-water hand-wash thereafter; lay flat to dry. Iron on medium with a press cloth. Avoid direct sunlight when drying — it keeps the colour true.
